Welcome to Scott Creek Beach!
Welcome to Scott Creek Beach!
There are, in fact, many wonderful “clothing optional” beaches in the United States of America, and to be sure, Scott Creek Beach is one of the better-known ones. Sitting in Santa Cruz, California just North of Davenport and located between the mileposts 31.8 and 31.29 (or between Santa Cruz Bay and Half Moon Bay), and while it is fairly public, it also gives a good enough semblance of privacy in that the closest city, Los Gatos, is thirty-one kilometers away, so boo-yah!
It has to be pointed out, however, that Scott Creek Beach is not JUST a “clothing optional” beach of lore where you will, for the most part, see folk sans anything on them (save for, perhaps, some sun tan oil or some sunscreen and possibly a giant grin on their faces from all the fun they're having as they enjoy their freedom from the constriction of polite society). This exposed beach and reef break is also open to families; you can find CLOTHED people here as well. Sometimes, there are need not necessarily be any naked people in Scott Creek Beach at all. That being said, we would like to welcome you to ScottCreekBeach.Com, where we celebrate everything about Scott Creek Beach.
